Known as the First Lady of Conway, Miss Snider taught English and History at Conway High School for more than thirty years. She also directed numerous plays and taught bible lessons. She loved canoeing in the Kingston Lake and Waccamaw River, which earned her the second title of “Lady of the Lake.” This beautiful tree is dedicated to her.
